Depending on the form, this may include your title, full name, job title, company or organisation, email address, telephone number, country, the course and dates you are interested in, billing and invoicing details, and any information you include in your message. For instructor applications it may also include your CV and professional background.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Course fees are paid by invoice.

When you browse the website we also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to:

  • process course registrations, issue invoices and confirmations, and deliver the training;
  • respond to enquiries and prepare proposals for in-house training;
  • issue certificates of completion and keep attendance records;
  • send course updates, schedules and newsletters where you have asked to receive them or where we are otherwise permitted to do so;
  • assess instructor applications;
  • operate, secure and improve the website, including preventing spam and misuse of our forms;
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data where it is necessary to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request before entering into one, where we have a legitimate interest in running and promoting our training business, where you have given your consent (for example, to receive our newsletter), and where we must comply with a legal obligation.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, for example to keep your session secure, remember your language choice and protect our forms. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without placing advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may not work correctly if you do.

6. Sharing Your Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to provide our services, with:

  • instructors and venues delivering the course you have booked, limited to the details they need;
  • service providers that host and secure our website and email, such as Cloudflare and our hosting provider;
  • hotels, only when you ask us to help with a reservation;
  • your employer or sponsoring organisation, where they have booked or are paying for your training;
  • professional advisers and public authorities, where required by law.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn or X, your use of those services is also governed by their own privacy policies.

7. International Transfers

We operate from the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom, and we deliver training in many countries. Your personal data may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Registration, invoicing and attendance records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax rules. Enquiry and marketing data are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe, or until they are no longer needed.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or update it;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • object to or restrict how we use it;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, including unsubscribing from our emails using the link in each message or on our unsubscribe page.

To make a request, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access to our systems and protection against spam and misuse of our forms.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
